Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
We will request you to share an image of your product. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:
- You must raise a return request by email us on papericious@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered.
- Product(s) must be in perfect condition.
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
- Refund will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded (in case of wrong entry of address, out-stationed at time of courier delivery or non-acceptance or any other reason).
- Refund will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. Timeline for same would be 7-10 working days.
- In case of change in size, you will have to self-ship the products within 48 hours after the return request is raised and accepted by PAPERICIOUS. You have to packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. Also, you have to pay the delivery charges for re-despatch the order from PAPERICIOUS warehouse to your address for your required size.
Cancellations:
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled before dispatch, lost or undelivered (other then reasons like wrong address/out-stationed/non-acceptance/any other reason). We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.
You can cancel an order before it is shipped or only within 12 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs earlier.
PAPERICIOUS reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Note: Personalized product orders cannot be canceled/refunded once the order is processed.
